Make sure you install the mods in the following order.
Click on a mod to expand the content
As for the previous step , we will create a separator for our user interface mods.
Right click on OUPUTS select All Mods -> create separator.
Type 5.13 ENVIRONMENTS
Right click on OUTPUTS again, select All Mods -> create separator.
Type 5.13.1 LAND
Lanterns of Skyrim II is a completely redesigned version of the old MannyGT LoS. This new edition includes many improvements and additions, more compatibility, improved light sources, snow-covered lighposts and lanterns in snowy areas for a more immersive experience, all lanterns are moved by the wind and much much more.

In Mod Organizer 2 click on add mod button
Browse to NOLVUS\ARCHIVE\5_VISUALS\5.13_ENVIRONMENTS\5.13.1_LAND\Lanterns Of Skyrim II - FOMOD-30817-v4-0-1636165236.7z and select OK
Select options as shown and click on Next.
On the MO2 right panel (plugins), uncheck the following plugins.
Check the following plugin.
Rerun the EmberXD installation and at the last screen select these options.
Select options as shown and click on Next.
Select options as shown and click on Next.
Select options as shown and click on Install.
Drag and drop Lanterns Of Skyrim II above OUTPUTS and check the mod.
Adds a few poles/shifts lanterns to match new exteriors

Click on the sort button
You will get this screen
Click on Apply
Your mods plugins are now ordered correctly.
Select SKSE and click on Run
In the game main menu load your last saved game.
Start to test if all the mods have been installed correctly.
Make a save game and exit the game.
